Plan de mercadeo Arqustik

This thesis aims to develop a marketing plan for the Arqustik brand, specializing in thermos-acoustic PVC doors and windows. The plan is designed to increase sales in the business line targeted at the end consumer. Throughout the project's development, it was identified that the brand operates in a less explored and competitive sector, providing a significant competitive advantage to stand out from the competition. The value proposition has been defined, the market segment clearly delineated, and the necessary strategies identified, along with the creation of a communication concept that allows differentiation within the category. The final result includes clear strategies and tactics that contribute to achieving the strategic objectives.

El presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo desarrollar un plan de mercadeo para la marca Arqustik, especializada en puertas y ventanas termoacústicas de PVC. Este plan está orientado a incrementar las ventas en la línea de negocio dirigida al consumidor final. A lo largo del desarrollo del proyecto, se ha identificado que la marca opera en un sector poco explorado y competitivo, lo cual ofrece una ventaja considerable para destacarse frente a la competencia. Se ha definido la propuesta de valor, se ha delineado claramente el segmento de mercado, y se han identificado las estrategias necesarias, junto con la construcción de un concepto de comunicación que permita diferenciarse dentro de la categoría. El resultado final incluye estrategias y tácticas claras que contribuyen al cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos.
