La música y el cine: Dos medios contando la misma historia

Este trabajo se centra en determinar si la música extradiegética de esta obra refleja el desarrollo narrativo del cortometraje utilizado. Para ello, se analiza paso a paso la producción de la música original, desde la investigación para identificar los recursos musicales existentes hasta la composición, grabación y mezcla. Este proyecto explica detalladamente los procesos, identificando los recursos empleados. Finalmente, se presentan conclusiones sobre el trabajo realizado, mencionando las dificultades encontradas y las lecciones aprendidas, y destacando los conceptos esenciales para que la música apoye y refleje el desarrollo narrativo del cortometraje.

This paper is focused on establishing whether the extradiegetic music of this work reflects the narrative development of the story of the short film used. For this purpose, the step by step of the production of the original music for the short film is approached, where a process of research is made in order to identify the existing musical resources in the composition, followed by the composition, recording and mixing of it. This project explains the processes in detail, identifying the resources used in the production. Finally, conclusions are made regarding the work done, mentioning the difficulties during the process and the lessons learned, highlighting the essential concepts for the music to nurture and reflect the narrative development of the short film.
