Resumen
In 1995, the Colombian government, through the General Education Act Law 115 MEN, 1994, established the teaching of English as a foreign language in the curriculum and programs in preschool schools as an attempt to improve students' English proficiency in the country. When a foreign language FL, acquisition begins in preschool, the time when young learners become particularly linguistically sensitive, it allows a higher FL competence in the future Locklewicz, 2018. Preschool students and English teachers have been through the process of including Information and Communication Technologies ICT, tools to teach inside and outside the classroom to improve and complement foregin language learning.
