    We present a proposal for the improvement of the critical process value of TL INGEAMBIENTES SAS to develop the thesis project, a company in the construction, civil and environmental industry. The objective is to identify the most representative problems in the company's process, learn the causes and propose activities to improve the performance and increase the value of different interest groups (stakeholders) of the company. Through methodologies, diagnostic tools and improvement of the processes, we will prioritize and understand the processes that have the greatest impact.
