The company has a history of 17 years of operation, which is embodied in documentation and knowledge of employees, owners and managers of different levels. For the development of this work administrative, financial, sales and operational area were consulted. Also representing clients from different segments were included, as well as suppliers and employees in the public sector. An analysis of the various external and internal factors, recent developments and prospects of this short and medium term the commercial sector, with emphasis on retail food sector, was developed.
