    In this paper we discuss the characteristic of the employment duration for young people in Cali 2012-2013. Our results show that the afrodescent young, womens and live in a specific place “Comuna” increase the probability to stay more time in unemployment situation. By other hand we analyze how the ethnicity, women, location in a specific “Comuna”, migrant and education increase or decrease the probability of the young people in NEET situation Not in Employment, Education or Training.
