    The following valuation manual attempts to be useful for entrepreneurs, financial managers, academic and users in general, to calculate the approximated value of an enterprise using the different methods and financial tools available for this purpose. In the first section of this manual would be introduced useful concepts and notions on which is constructed the process of valuation: the enterprise general description, the relation between the financial statements, cash flows, the weighted average capital cost and financial ratios and indicators. Also, the first section includes the static valuation method known as the accounting valuation methodology. The second section consists of an approach to the dynamic valuation methods, for which a chapter dedicated to a possible financial statement forecasting method is included, through this process is obtained the input data required for this kind of valuation procedures.
