Ítem Estrategia de promoción de Latino Australia Education en redes sociales(Universidad Icesi, 2011-04-01) González Ramírez, Luis Camilo; Ramírez Robledo, Carlos Enrique; AsesorSUMMARY: This work has been prepared with the objective of developing a promotion strategy for Latino Australia Education; this strategy aims to increase visibility and added values offered to clients through the company services. Among reviewed alternatives was determined that Social Media complied with the stated objective indicator and that Facebook whose applications allow to reach a wide target audience -objective clients-, segment them and the creation of an improved business to client interaction, a friendlier approach for the content delivery that the organization is aiming to promote-; Using this methodology a deeper, closer interaction will insert the company onto the market. The main conclusion is that if the strategy is successfully implemented and time lasting this will allow the company to entertain and inform its followers this will be on the medium – long term translated into an increased visibility through Facebook. It is also important to mention that performance indicators will measure the effectiveness of this strategy that despite being oriented to promote and market the organization does not have a high cost for implementation but it is fragile due to the sensitivity of the aimed target audience not interested into being offered a product or service but to be entertained and informed hence measuring the effectiveness will be dependent on the long term support, success and a high income generator for Latino Australia Education.
