CDEE, 2015-03-01) Holguín Montoya, Ana MaríaDuring 2014, at UPB’s Center for Entrepreneurial Development there was a need to strengthen its processes in order to identify the needs of entrepreneurs for accompaniment and the design of strategies according to individual necessities. The research was accomplished in 4 phases: in the first one, we updated and depurated the database; secondly, in order to strengthen, augment the potential and escalate their initiatives, a fieldwork was done. Thirdly, we designed the tools and mapped the opportunities, and finally, in fourth place, those tools were validated.
