Se concluye la existencia de una gran heterogeneidad en el grado de desarrollo del marco normativo y en el propio contenido de las normas entre la Unión Europea y Latinoamérica, lo que pone de manifiesto la necesidad de una armonización de los marcos regulatorios internacionales en aras de favorecer la expansión de este tipo de industria y la seguridad de los inversores internacionales.Ítem El síndrome normativo: estudio de la eficacia de la normativa sobre caminos en el siglo xix antioqueño(Universidad Icesi, 2019-07-01) Botero Bernal, AndrésThe theme of the paths is a constant in several historical moments of the antioqueño normative system of the 19th century, but, given the impossibility of presenting a study of all the elements where it is found, they chose three cases to observe there how the law became obsessed in the construction and maintenance of roads. These three cases are: i) the first republic (1811-1815), ii) the regulations of the provincial Chamber between 1848 and 1851, and iii) state legislation between 1856 and 1886. This phenomenon may well be elucidated if a allegory of primarily psychoanalytic origin: the obsessivecompulsive neurosis, which refers to the normative syndrome. Based on this clinical structure, the three cases could be thought of in a different way from what has generally been done, thus clearly envisaging situations where the normative syndrome and symbolic efficacy dominate the political-normative environment.Ítem El sistema de gestión de la calidad y el diseño de la estructura organizativa en un grupo empresarial del sector cooperativo colombiano(Universidad Icesi, 2013-06-11) Restrepo Toro, Ivan Mauricio; Fajardo Ortíz, Mercedes; AsesorIn Colombia the Quality Management Systems (QMS) have passed through multiples phases, since their adoption by the first organizations as a need to state that they followed a coherent and systematic (normalized) processes in order to make business with overseas organizations, also they have walked through the phase of turning into a mode, until finally got into the phase where the companies are already conscious of the QMS’s benefits for the organization continuous improvement and management. The goal of this study is based into the impact analysis in the organizational structure of enterprises because of the QMS implementation. The information was obtain from statics samples of the operative level workers from three different companies of an enterprise Cooperative Group, where two of these companies have implemented a matured QMS in their processes, and the third one has just begun the implementation process. The study obtains its outcomes from hypothesis formulations that where validated or rejected by a statistical process founded in means comparison. The means where obtained from qualifications to questions of a measuring instrument validated in a previous study. Finally the results indicate that all three companies present highly formalized processes, low horizontal specialization, and highly indoctrinated workers towards values. In the other hand the study cannot (statistically) validate that the hierarchical structure of a company will be impacted by implementing QMS. For the Cooperative sector in particular the result could be explained by the adoption in the Cooperativism movement of a managerial model based in democracy, which has burocratized this sector in Colombia. Proof of this is that the company that has not implemented the QMS presents betters results in the questions related to this hypothesis. Is important to say that Cooperative enterprises have high levels of utilization of lateral devices by using these as tools for their decision making processes.Ítem Estrategia lúdico pedagógica para fortalecer el aprendizaje de las normas y la convivencia en estudiantes de grado transición de la Institución Educativa Vicente Borrero Costa(Universidad Icesi, 2018-01-01) Arango Hernández, Carolina; Paz Rueda , Ana Lucía; Asesor TesisEste trabajo presenta el diseño, la implementación y la validación de una estrategia lúdico pedagógica orientada a los estudiantes del grado transición de la sede Alfonso López Pumarejo de la Institución Educativa Vicente Borrero Costa de la ciudad Santiago de Cali. El objetivo de la investigación fue fortalecer del aprendizaje de las normas para la convivencia de los niños de grado transición mediante la aplicación de la estrategia lúdico pedagógica “Con normas y acuerdos juego, aprendo y me divierto”.
