Ítem La capacidad de absorción de las empresas y la transferencia de conocimiento como elementos claves en el aprendizaje interorganizativo(Universidad Icesi, 2013-05-27) Gámez Arias, Diana Marcela; Fajardo Ortíz, Mercedes; AsesoraThis paper presents a proposal that integrates the concept of absorptive capacity and knowledge transfer in the field of learning with the notion of interorganizational knowledge applied to those organizations that learn to the extent that generate knowledge, and transfer it through cooperative agreements with other organizations. The purpose of the research has several elements. First, the proposal provides for the appropriation of the ideas of learning at the organizational level, mainly interorganizational knowledge essential for dynamic business and organizational development. Second, the information collected on the subject of research reinforces the idea of the potential absorptive capacity has on learning to generate new forms of organization. And third, the work as a whole can be taken as a framework on the use of research-based approach to interorganizational learning the various types of existing organizations. In the developing of the proposal two crucial moments can be identified to understand the topic in question. The first one initially focused on the construction of a framework of ideas based on existing approaches in the field of inter-organizational learning, knowledge transfer and its relationship to the idea of learning organization. When research on the topic was conducted was able to identify that organizations constantly collect external information and resources become, but this depends on a close relationship ranging from individuals with business and enterprise with individuals. This is where the trust factor comes to play an important role, as the information transmitted between partner-company is relevant, leading to relations generating new idea forge and it is possible that there is fairness in the organization and they can all be participants, contributing ideas for making decisions. We also found that there are elements such as reputation and previous experiences which determine if it can establish a trust relationship, ie, speaking of university-business, both managers and students to be performing an investigation, carrying some process particular practice or doing business, are themselves in the proper development and management of processes, those leaving the university name in high and so the institution (university) can be recommended for future occasions. It is of vital importance within the organization a constant flow of new information, new technologies have, allowing their employees to learn more easily and their ability to absorb information more efficient. However, these learning processes with subsequent innovation should be supported from the beginning and throughout the process by the top management. This management is what allows developing an absorptive capacity where the company achieves to assimilate new information from external knowledge sources to be applied to commercial purposes obtaining competitive advantages. For this end it has different strategies to improve organizational skills, strengthening technological distinctive competencies, ie, technology plays a key role in the learning processes and therefore innovation, mediated by collaboration agreements that allows organizations to obtain an optimum performance in the learning processes. Today´s world firms by being in a global environment must recognize the importance of knowledge as a resource that allows developing competitiveness, since through organizational learning performance is obtained with efficient and innovative results.
