    Competencias clave del éxito del personal operativo de la planta productora de etanol del Ingenio Providencia S.A.

    This research contribute to do a best management in the human resources área of the Ingenio Providencia S.A., with the identification of key competences that contribute to the best performance of the operative workers that work in the Ethanol plant. With this purpose, the research study the notion of competences from different aspects, concluding that the conductist model of David McClelland applied in the labor and organizational psychology is the most pertinent because is based on the identification of success key competences for the best development of the worker in his/her occupation. This model is accepted for all organizations in its human area that are occuppy in the development of people on job. From a total of 20 workers of the distillery of Ingenio Providencia S.A., applicated six focal interview, three of them of top development and the other three of average development. The questionary asks about the objectives, team management, personal management, influence, knowledge, development competence, occupational security and environment protection. Later, the data were tabulated and compare the results, explaining the differents between both groups as the success competences key.The aim found that the workers knows and executes his/her technical labor with excellence and the factors that gave the difference of the top development was the fault of theory of the profession or office, the capability to identify opportunities, approach and step on obstacules, capacity to verify its own labors, capacity of optimize the time in the functions and capacitive to communicate with precision.

    Revisión del perfil del corredor comercial de la unidad de gestión de asociados de Coomeva y determinación de competencias a evaluar en la selección del cargo

    RESUMEN: Coomeva es una Cooperativa líder del país que cuenta en la actualidad con más de 245.000 asociados. Sus retos comerciales se enfocan en llegar al año 2012 al asociado 300.000. Por esta razón dentro de sus prioridades está la revisión y potencialización del equipo comercial generando soluciones que aumenten la productividad y estabilicen el equipo. Este proyecto busca aportar al mejoramiento del proceso de selección de corredores comerciales, investigando sobre las competencias idóneas que deben tener los candidatos para este cargo y las características comunes a los corredores exitosos q sirvan como referencia para la contratación de futuras vacantes. Todo lo anterior con un objetivo principal de mejorar el indicador de rotación de corredores comerciales factor determinante para el aumento de la productividad y logro de los objetivos propuestos.

    This paper initially examines and considers how an institution is financially affected by the Colombian health system, for the unknown with the administrative functions of health professionals, and then present the proposal for training in administrative skills to professional positively impact health seeking the company's finances. Health professionals, graduates leave the study centers with good knowledge and good clinical preparation (care) to work in the institutions of the health system, but with one big flaw in administrative and regulatory knowledge of the system. These administrative skills required in their daily practice, which necessarily have to take over their working lives. Administrative functions complement their scientific performance, are required by the regulations of the health system, but they are ingrained in their training in the universities that train. Therefore our proposal is to create a suitable program in the training of managerial skills in health professionals so that already with the appropriate knowledge and training (skills), have the necessary tools to properly perform their administrative duties within institutions where they work, seeking to generate a positive financial impact on health institutions. In this way, is offering a program of continuing education that does not exist in Cali or in the Cauca Valley, are pioneering this approach to health sector

    Análisis y selección de un modelo de gestión estratégica de recursos humanos por competencias para empresa Andina de Herramientas S.A.S.

    This work was developed base on a literature review of different human management conceptual models in order to identify according to needs and particularities of Empresa Andina de Herramientas S.A.S, which model is the most indicated to enterprise’s context. After that, the work proposes how to articulate and implement on future, the model selected in the subsystems of Human Management Area of the company. To develop this, at first instance were analyzed six major conceptual models for Human Resource Management (HRM) in the organizational context, according to some important aspects for a strategic management of human resources in the organizational context such as the organizational strategy, the context, the processes defined, the skills involved, impacted subsystems, auditing and monitoring, the strategic impact on the organization and employees. Secondly, conceptual models for Human Resource Management were analyzed according to the particular situation presented in the context of the enterprise referred. This analysis allowed to determine the model of Human Resource Management that offers more and best opportunities to the company and it permits to answer to its requirements and needs in a better way.

    Under the concept "START OF LIFE IS NATURAL" early learning center wants to convey to parents the importance of teaching through art, music, body and environmental stewardship, "learning to learn "is the way in which targets the education of children and parents in the initial educational stage of life. It's a conceptual shift that breaks paradigms, the goal is a revolutionary method that trains children global citizens through active learning. Furthermore, the implementation of the project requires an initial important work to be done in a few terms estimated for the successful launch. Finally being done as possible plans to the satisfactory achievement of the implementation of the school to profit from the second year of operation, demonstrating that the project is viable and attractive to partners and investors.

    A partir de la masividad de la publicidad y su constante evolución a la par de la tecnología y del ser humano, se plantean muchos retos sobre las principales competencias que deben tener los profesionales que se enfrentan a cargos directivos con responsabilidad en comunicaciones publicitarias para ser eficientes y eficaces en su labor. La presente investigación pretende explorar desde el punto de vista de los Gerentes Generales de agencias publicitarias, las principales competencias requeridas y deseadas para desempeñar cargos directivos dentro de dichas agencias que tengan responsabilidad sobre las comunicaciones publicitarias de los clientes. Mostrando una interesante tendencia hacia aspectos muy específicos y contundentes de la realidad actual. La investigación también aporta una buena estructuración de posibilidades para ampliar el campo de investigación en el tema.
