    Dinámica de éxito del crowdfunding no financiero en un contexto emergente: el caso de Colombia

    El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar factores asociados al éxito de las campañas de crowdfunding no financiero en economías emergentes mediante el estudio de 372 proyectos publicados entre 2012 y 2017 en cinco plataformas colombianas. Se utilizó un modelo de regresión lineal múltiple generalizado y uno de regresión logística para evaluar la variable dependiente, tanto desde el punto de vista cuantitativo como cualitativo. Las características de los proyectos evaluados se incluyeron como variables explicativas. Los resultados demuestran que la plataforma utilizada, la ubicación del creador, el número de financiadores y las actualizaciones son factores asociados al éxito. Específicamente, en contextos con poco desarrollo de tecnologías de financiamiento, es muy importante el papel de la plataforma como intermediario entre creador y financiador.

    Análisis descriptivo del proceso de implementación del nivel 2 del modelo CMMI en una empresa regional de desarrollo de software

    CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) is basically a continuous- improvement inspired model to classify software development organizations according to a fivelevel maturity and capability scale. The classification in a given level is based on the dominance that an organization shows evidence to have over the areas of that level, which in turn reflects the degree of maturity of the organization and of the processes that it follows to develop software. This article presents a preliminary descriptive analysis of a level 2 implementation process of the CMMI model in a Colombian software development company, making an overall presentation of how it was brought into practice the theory of the model in the processes of the company, to be compliant with the conditions, goals and practices defined in the level 2 process areas of the model. The article also describes the problems which arose in the execution of the project, as well as how they were solved. As preliminary results are presented some of the indicators defined by the company for the software processes, and the software tools that were acquired or developed for the support of the implementation of the process areas. Finally, some conclusions and recommendations which can be found.

    One of the less-valued crops in Colombia is the coconut, this is due to its location and its proximity to areas of conflict. The coco has several sub-products such as water, which is extracted from the green coconut; milk, which is extracted verging and pressing the grated coconut; the fiber, which is taken out of the Capacho of coco and, one of the sub-products with higher added value is the activated charcoal one of the less-valued crops in Colombia is the coconut, in spite of the fact that it has several sub-products such as water, which is extracted from the green coconut; the milk, which is extracted from verging and pressing the grated coconut; the fiber, which is taken out of the Capacho of coco and, one of the sub-products with higher added value is the activated carbon or CA, That is obtained by means of incineration of the coconut shell in controlled temperatures, which has led to the development of the project pre-feasibility of building a plant of Activated Carbon in the area of Tumaco and its environs, as additional objective to promote the industry in this region rich in natural resources, but, because of its remote location and poor access roads, it is not considered as the point of investment. In addition, applied the tools acquired during the master's degree to evaluate the possibility of execution of the project supported in the financial aspects and in case they are not, will raise the tools to be able to achieve optimum conditions and build the plant in CA.
