| spa |
dc.description.abstract | The project focuses on conducting a scoping review covering various aspects. To begin with, it seeks to analyze biomedical literature related to online pharmacies, to understand their operation and impact on pharmaceutical care. This review will serve as a basis for the development of a prototype pharmaceutical mobile application that integrates identified best practices and addresses deficiencies found in existing digital platforms. The review results indicate that digital platforms and mobile technologies in the pharmaceutical field can significantly improve treatment adherence and reduce medication errors. However, the importance of an efficient governmental structure that guarantees the rational use of medications is highlighted. At the regional level, it is observed that many digital platforms do not comply with the activities required by regulations, affecting the safety and information available to users about acquired medications. The developed prototype aims to integrate findings from the literature with the results of the review of existing pharmacies. This initiative is expected to provide users with comprehensive support in managing their medication, informing about the correct use of medications, alerts about interactions and side effects, and personalized recommendations for each patient. | eng |
