Construyendo sueños: iniciativas de trabajo para jóvenes en cereté

La política pública "Ninis en Acción" es una iniciativa desarrollada a partir de este trabajo, que apuesta específicamente por la inclusión social a través de la educación y el empleo. Su objetivo es potenciar la gestión pública en el territorio, promoviendo la transformación y el cambio social en una población históricamente segregada y olvidada en el municipio de Cereté. Este problema, que tiene un considerable impacto social y cultural, se ha mantenido arraigado en el entorno territorial durante décadas. Sus principales manifestaciones son la delincuencia, el vandalismo, la prostitución y otras conductas sociales irregulares vinculadas a la ilegalidad y a actos punibles. Los niños y jóvenes, quienes lamentablemente han sido los más afectados, han tenido que vivir en situaciones de pobreza, desigualdad, hacinamiento y segregación territorial. Todo esto ha afectado considerablemente su dignidad humana. Para abordar esta situación, es necesario vincular a los jóvenes al mercado laboral a través de programas del SENA, becas estudiantiles, capital semilla y apoyo a microempresas. Asimismo, respaldada por trabajo académico y de investigación, busca ofrecer soluciones concretas y sostenibles para los jóvenes.

The public policy "Ninis en Acción" is an initiative developed from this work, which specifically and specially bets on social inclusion through education and employment. Its objective is to enhance public management in the territory, promoting transformation and social change in a population that has been historically segregated and forgotten in the municipality of Cereté. This problem, which has a considerable social and cultural impact, has remained established in the territorial environment for decades. Its main manifestations are delinquency, vandalism, prostitution, and other irregular social behaviors linked to illegality and punishable acts. Children and young people, who have unfortunately been the most affected, have had to live in situations of poverty, inequality, overcrowding, and territorial segregation. All this has considerably affected their human dignity. To address this situation, it is necessary for young people to be linked to the labor market through SENA programs, student scholarships, seed capital, and support for micro-enterprises. Likewise, backed by academic and research work, it aims to offer concrete and sustainable solutions for young people.
