The main purpose of this strategic plan is focus on the accomplishment of the strategic planning for PREMIZE, a young company that belongs to the Communication and Information Technologies Sector. PREMIZE value proposition is looking forward to offer services of software development toward companies that need invest in order to reach operative efficient, although they are not interested in doing it by their selves due to different reasons. Therefore, the economical logic shows a high percent of the big companies is willing to invest in this kind of entry. With the general environment and industry analysis, there were found opportunities such as: Economical growth in Colombia, growth of the expenses in IT entries, government initiative increment that strengthen the IT sector, besides the viability of perform strategic alliance. Similarly, with the external analysis, there were found threats such as: the possible disappearance of COOMEVA EPS which is the main client of PREMIZE, lack of invest of small companies in IT entry, lack of IT professionals, high competition and constant changes of the technology.
