Abstract
This work has as main goal, to make an objective assessment of the company financial
Buenavista Construction is a company that is showing high levels of debt, this, besides
being risky to operate, reduces the value of the company therefore seeks demonstrate this
situation through the exercise of valuation, to propose a different capital structure.

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo principal, hacer una valoración financiera objetiva de la
empresa Buenavista Constructora es una empresa que está mostrando altos niveles de
endeudamiento, esto, además de ser riesgoso para su operación, disminuye el valor de la
compañía, por lo tanto, se busca evidenciar esta situación por medio del ejercicio de
valoración, para poder proponer una estructura de capital diferente.
