Abstract
The consulting work that is presented next, aims to create a strategic plan for the consolidation in the phytocosmetic sector and generate enough capital to ensure the continuity of Laboratorios Ltda QFA. In the first section of this paper, a
diagnostic analysis of the current situation of the company was developed using 3 tools that allowed to have a clear picture of the current business structure and its strengths and weaknesses. With the help of canvas model, created by Osterwalder, the business model is described and its value proposition as the centerpiece of the model is well established in its value chain. The PESTAL and
Porter's 5 Forces analysis was then used to detect internal and external strengths and weaknesses.

Description
El presente estudio tiene por finalidad la creación de un plan estratégico que
permita la consolidación en el sector fitocosmetico y generar el capital suficiente
para asegurar su continuidad de Laboratorios QFA Ltda. En la primera sección de
este trabajo se desarrolló un análisis diagnóstico de la situación actual de la
empresa mediante el uso de 3 herramientas que permitieron tener un panorama
claro de su estructura actual de negocio y de sus fortalezas y debilidades.
Mediante la ayuda del modelo canvas, creado por Osterwalder, se describe el
modelo de negocio y se establece además de su cadena de valor, y su propuesta
de valor como pieza central del modelo. Luego se utilizó el análisis PESTAL y de 5
fuerzas de Porter para detectar fortalezas y debilidades internas y externas
respectivamente
