Ítem La subjetividad en una perspectiva cultural-histórica: avanzando sobre un legado inconcluso(Universidad Icesi, 2013-01-01) González Rey, Fernando LuisThis article will show how transformations in the human psyche, based on the cultural character of the productions and practices of man, allow for the revival of subjectivity as a qualitative level unique to humans. Understood from this perspective, subjectivity is a process inherent to the cultural functioning of man and to the social world generated by its cultural productions. The text attempts to challenge the exclusion of subjectivity in favor of post-structuralism and neo-pragmatism, perspectives that dismissed this notion for bearing the limitations of modern thought. Faced with this position, the article argues that neither of these schools of thought had a theoretical awareness of subjectivity, a concept that, in fact, runs counter to the fundamental principles that underpinned late modernity, based on the idea of objective science and man’s rational representation.Ítem Identidad y pertenencia: la acción de los adolescentes como promotores de derecho indígena en la comunidad mapuche Mariano Epulef(Universidad Icesi, 2013-01-01) Petit, LucreciaThis article evaluates the development of a community intervention undertaken in a Mapuche community in Argentina guided by the principles of community psychology. Based on the implementation of a variety of workshops and activities with members of the community, the objectives of this process were the reaffirmation of identities and the strengthening of a sense of belonging to the community. The evaluation of this intervention takes into account a series of questions related to the possibility of promoting social change through initiatives that involve reflection and self-reflection and related to the role of the psychologist in these types of social dynamics.Ítem Empoderamiento en jóvenes en situación de desplazamiento. Based on surveys and workshops, this study provides an analytical framework supported by the pragmatic view of language and the theory of enunciation to construct a model for the analysis that articulates problems of enunciation, the referent, and speech acts with the indicators of primary social organization. The results of this research take into account the existence of a symbolic framework from which children organize their identity as a social subject.Ítem Interferencias: una radio realizada por personas con sufrimiento psíquico en México(Universidad Icesi, 2013-01-01) Makowski, SaraThis paper analyzes the results of the implementation of a community intervention device, consisting of a radio program created by psychiatric patients, in the field of mental health in Mexico. To this end, it will reflect on the way that the model of mental health in this country has traditionally been led and managed, as well as the effects of this model on the health of psychiatric patients. It will additionally describe the operation and organization of the device in question, presenting the results in four dimensions related to mental health patients: the layout of relationship bonds, the development of expressive and communicative abilities, subjective positioning, and inclusion.Ítem Narrar por escrito: intersubjetividad y procesos recursivos en el niño como escritor(Universidad Icesi, 2013-01-01) Moreno Dulcey, Fernando AndrésThis article presents an analytical and theoretical reflection on the cognitive implications of the creation of intersubjective aspect in a narrative text. The first part explores various relationships between psychology, philosophy of the mind, discourse studies and narratology in order to provide a conceptual framework from which it is possible to think about the processes of written language acquisition in children. The article then addresses the issue of recursive processes and provides a recursive conception of the mind in order to explain how it is possible that children develop written narratives addressing the needs of a potential reader while creating relationships not only between narrator and narratee but also among the characters themselves. Finally, it offers some conclusions s about the educational implications of taking the stance outlined here.Ítem Aprendizaje creativo: desafíos para la práctica pedagógica(Universidad Icesi, 2013-01-01) Mitjans Martínez, AlbertinaBased on a bibliographic review, this article presents a characterization of creative learning as an educational type. Percepciones más allá (o más acá) de la violencia(Universidad Icesi, 2013-01-01) Duschaztky, SilviaThis essay is based upon a reflection on the images and meanings of violence. In the interest of a identifying a set of clichés about the perception of violence, which eradicate all problematization of “the real”, it submits these representations to a critique followed by a proposed analytical shift. In order to do this, the article will examine different situations related to adolescents and school contexts in which particular attention is paid to the indecipherable, to the disturbing and the clash of bodies, obstacles to the construction of “togetherness”. Based in this examination, the proposed analytical shift suggests a moving away from discourses based on the idea of deficit and supported by strong moral referents and toward perspectives that inquire about the potential power of chaos.Ítem Reflexiones en torno a una ficción: la premisa de la incapacidad como fundamento político-criminal de la inimputabilidad en el derecho penal de menores(Universidad Icesi, 2013-01-01) D'Angelo, FlavioThis article discusses the principle of incapacity as the political criminal basis for the criminal liability in the juvenile criminal law, and explores the reasons that bestow it a character of fiction. The models of juvenile law, as well as the function of the (in) “capacity” concept within these regulations, are reviewed. It also examines the observed contradiction between the conceptions of capacity and discernment; on these grounds it is proposed an interpretation of the legal concept of incapacity using a (Bentham) fictional key. Finally, the document provides a contribution to the debate about the restructuring of the juvenile law, which has been taking place in Argentina since 1989.Ítem Contradicciones discursivas en procesos de intervención social diferencial a la diversidad étnico-racial negra en programas sociales en Colombia(Universidad Icesi, 2013-07-01) León Díaz, Ruby Esther; Mosquera Rosero-Labbé, Claudia PatriciaThis article highlights the discursive contradictions present in state social interventions linked to social action when referring to socially vulnerable and/or impoverished Black and indigenous people. Firstly, it will analyze the discourses of those intervening about the proposals for the implementation of mechanisms of preferential access or of ethnoracial exclusivity of beneficiaries in programs to combat poverty. Secondly, it will explore their epistemic resistance to the incorporation of “racial group” or “skin color” as selection criteria. In doing so, the article aims to propose that institutions of social well-being need to transform and that social services should adapt to the demands of cultural diversity, adopting both new professional practices and renewed structures of meaning that facilitate the transition to nation as imagined in the Constitution
