    In today's world organizations , organizational learning is still quite relevant in the context of university business, in this context determining factors for this as the transfer of knowledge , the ability to absorb knowledge , alliances , agreements cooperation , which help that there are changes that have been taking modernity within universities , helping each project or activities that are carried out with the intention to innovate and transfer knowledge which are vital to society and the productive . Cooperation agreements and strategic alliances are important factors when it comes to organizational matters, as both alliances as arrangements are an appropriate mechanism to exploit synergies between different companies and reduce transaction costs, generating organizational learning and transfer of tacit knowledge, skills and reputation.

    The consulting firm CONSULTANT SA is a professional services firm, founded in 2007 in the city of Cali, Valle , present in six ( 6) countries , has a team of 32 employees, working under international auditing standards that integrate knowledge and extensive experience in project management Assurance and Consulting. Currently consulting firm performs the process of evaluation of services focused on customer satisfaction , which performs in the last phase of the consulting process . In this work degree from the sequence of process steps for financial consulting firm CONSULTANT S.A, the sequence design process of knowledge transfer in phases containing various activities according to the complexity of proposed the work to be performed, without affecting existing processes in the firm. Similarly, proposals to define and evaluate the positive or successful process of knowledge transfer of the firm and organizational learning in the business of financial advice, from the assessment processes customer satisfaction set phases are presented signature.

    Factores culturales que inciden en la creación de spin-off universitarias. Un estudio en una universidad pública colombiana Gregorio Calderón

    El objetivo del artículo es identificar los factores de la cultura organizacional que inciden sobre la generación de spin-off universitarias, mediante el estudio de caso en una institución de educación superior colombiana utilizando una metodología mixta. Por lo tanto, se construyó un modelo teórico relacionando cultura organizacional con spin-off, con el cual se identificaron rasgos de la cultura base a partir de una encuesta a 155 investigadores, complementada con un análisis de 18 documentos institucionales. Posteriormente, mediante entrevistas a 15 expertos, se definió la cultura deseada para fomentar las spin-off. Los resultados muestran tres rasgos de la cultura académica no considerados en la literatura previa, que son determinantes para el surgimiento de spin-off: universalidad, confianza e interdisciplinariedad, y como principal inhibidor, el temor al riesgo.
