Non trasmitible diseases, also known as chronic diseases, are conditions that last from one year to a lifetime that can require medication to avoid the diseas to advance and for the paciente to have a better life quality. The ideal situation would be that the pacients took all their medications, in the right ammount, time and concentration, that is what is called “adherence” to the farmacological treatments and is a factor that is very important for the treatment to work and really mantaine or improve the pacient´s health; but the reallity is far from that and a lot of poeple is not adherent, because they forget at the moment, they do not buy the medication, or any other reason. This Project aims to adress this problem, to help people to remember their dose, manage their medications and keep track of their process, to improve the adherence.

Alzheimer's disease is the most common neurocognitive disorder and the seventh most common cause of death globally, in addition, Alzheimer's disease represents the most common and dangerous disease for people over 60 years of age.It is estimated that around 50 million people worldwide suffer from some type of dementia and of which 60% live in low-and middle-income countries, additionally each yearan estimated 10 million new cases are recorded. During the year 2020 in Colombia, it was estimated that around 5.2% of the population over 60years of age suffered from some major neurocognitive disorderand 70% of these suffer from Alzheimer's or other diseases that cause memory loss or impairment.There are no curative or modifying treatments for this disease,so it must be controlled through pharmaceuticaltreatment and cognitive therapy; Additionally, movement difficulties and limitations are commonly founded in elderly people, that often, don’t have the means necessary to accessspecialized centers in order to receive cognitive therapy treatments.On par with this and aside from the lack of awareness and information regarding this disorder, there is a lack of tools and resources that help elderly patients, their families,and caretakers to executecognitive therapy from their homes, this project aims to generate home resources that provide cognitive stimuli and support for Alzheimer patients and their close circle in order to perform integral therapy from their home.

100% of people with Down syndrome have hypotonia or low muscle tone. This condition causes people with Down syndrome to have poor fine motor skills. Fine motor activities are those that mostly require a visual-manual relationship. For the rehabilitation of muscle tone, music has shown to have good results in the students of the AMADEUS Foundation. The purpose of the project is therefore to work and strengthen the fine motor skills of people with Down Syndrome at the AMADEUS Foundation through music through design.
El Edén del Pacífico : hábitat de alojamiento regenerativo a partir de plataformas multi-volumen en palafitos.

El turismo regenerativo es una de las tendencias más crecientes en la industria vacacional. Después de la pandemia, los reportes afirman que el 84% de los turistas en Colombia pertenecen a esta corriente del turismo hacia el futuro (Booking.com, 2021). Los turistas regenerativos buscan experiencias de alojamiento significativas y que les permitan conectar con los ecosistemas y las culturas receptoras de manera coherente y amigable. Teniendo lo anterior en cuenta, la investigación llevada a cabo durante el primer semestre del 2022, permitió comprender la debilidad que presenta el Hotel Maguipi en su oferta de alojamiento con miras a las crecientes tendencias del turismo regenerativo hacia el futuro. Así pues, se identifica la necesidad de alojar a los turistas regenerativos de manera coherente con el entorno a través de una experiencia de alojamiento significativa y memorable con el fin de mejorar la deseabilidad de alojamiento en el Hotel Maguipi por parte de la nueva ola del turismo. De ese modo, se desarrolla El Edén del Pacífico, una propuesta de diseño habitacional que se sirve de los conceptos de hábitat, construcción palafítica y configuración multi-volumen para brindar un espacio de alojamiento que responde a las necesidades de privacidad, socialización y enriquecimiento cultural de los turistas hacia el futuro.

Identificación de barreras, facilitadores y oportunidades de intervención en la investigación de contactos domiciliarios de casos de tuberculosis en Cali.

Antecedentes En Colombia se observan problemas para identificar y hacer seguimiento de los contactos de casos de tuberculosis. En esta investigación se identificaron barreras, facilitadores y oportunidades de intervención en la investigación de contactos en Cali, Colombia. Métodos Se recolectaron datos cualitativos de la experiencia de contactos domiciliarios a través de la herramienta de contextmapping, bajo un enfoque de investigación generativa de Diseño, enfocándose en actividades clave como diagnóstico, visitas, valoración y educación. Y se analizaron a través de herramientas de Design thinking, teoría fundamentada, diagrama de afinidad y un marco de cambio de comportamiento validado. Resultados Se aplicó la herramienta a once contactos domiciliarios de las bases de datos de 2017 y 2018, de los cuales resultaron ocho contexmapping. Las barreras incluyen retrasos en el diagnóstico del caso índice, irregularidades en la programación y ejecución de las visitas, y fallas en la educación de los contactos. Los facilitadores más relevantes incluyen la estructuración de espacios educativos amenos, la percepción del riesgo de la enfermedad, la preocupación por factores de riesgo y la influencia de contactos en procesos de otros contactos o casos índice. Identificamos educación, habilitación, persuasión, incentivación, coerción, reestructuración del entorno y entrenamiento, como intervenciones adecuadas para mitigar las barreras y apoyar los facilitadores.
San Cipriano experimentado a través de las bebidas tradicionales y los ritmos

With the objective of diversifying the touristic offer from San Cipriano community a touristic experience was designed with a social innovation approach. A sustainable proposal was created, one that is based on the territory features as well as the cultural characteristics of the community that inhabits this natural reservation. Now a days, San Cipriano’s incomes are based on a 90% on ecotourism, which places its nature as its main attraction, leaving aside the invaluable cultural tradition represented in the gastronomy, believes and expressions. This is why the cultural experience proposed aims to use ethnotourism as a way to enhance the cultural believes within the community, which is an imminent necessity in order to prevent the growing fade into oblivion of the cultural traditions, specially from new generations. What the experience proposes is the generation of income by transforming the cultural believes into an ethnotouristic attraction, where the elders and the youths will strengthen traditional knowledge. The proposal was developed and co- created along with the community, through a long process where first hand research, field work within the context, high observation and inquiry’s where essential to think in a response that would respond San Cipriano community’s needs.

Purpose - It has been detected that a large percentage of athletes with a sprained ankle injury treated therapeutically abandon treatment for various reasons, mainly the investment of time and money perceived as exogenous by patients, which causes inadequate recovery and in the In most cases of relapse, this project seeks to integrate and improve physiological rehabilitation to reduce the recurrence of the injury in the city of Cali. Design/methodology/approach - Surveys for athletes, interviews with physiotherapists and physiatrists of the HUV (University Hospital del Valle) were designed and applied. Collection of qualitative and quantitative data to validate the problem and collection of information through other tools such as "fly on the wall", "cognitive analysis of tasks" "analysis of activities" and "scenario testing". Visit to rehabilitation center feedback directly with specialists. Definitive design of the different components of the system, choice of materials and processes, implementation. Findings - The various therapeutic rehabilitation processes for sprain injuries grade I and II in the tibioperoneo-astragaline joint offered do not stimulate or guarantee treatment adherence, of the 18 respondents, it was obtained that the total sprain injuries were associated with a sports practice, and that 17 of them had suffered an ankle sprain and had recurrence.

The focus of the present investigation is to help erradicate the use of plastic elements of some of the human activity. In this case is the sowing process, the sow is found since small and ancient practices as growing our own food to nowadays agroindustrial processes. For achieve this was perentory the search of information in the field, where it was found that the vast mayority of professionals and workers and accustomed to the use of the plastic bag to contained the plants. This investigation gives the opportunity to experiment with organic materials as the pineapple leaf, where it was made a paper of it, proving it resistance to water and mechanical tension. Metamorfosis como medio experiencial que permita aprehender la importancia de las mariposas en el ecosistema colombiano.

Purpose Butterflies are very important insects in the ecosystems and the play an important role in pollinating flowers but the majority of people doesn't know or has holes of information about them. That's why the purpose of this investigation is to solve how to create awareness and grow knowledge about metamorphosis and the life cycle of butterflies through a new design experience that allows the user to be protagonist while learns and takes care of two living beings such as caterpillars and plants? All this ensuring the well being of the living beings and bringing the user closer to nature. Design/methodology/approach - The methodology that was used to carry out the project, was based on the descriptive and exploratory research of the process of metamorphosis of the butterflies and the characteristics of the host plants. Also, the best forms of interaction and interpretation in users were explored. Besides methods such as journaling, walk in a mile inmersion and behavioral mapping were really helpful to understand the life cycle and the care and attention each stage needs. Findings The process of metamorphosis is a really delicate and complex one, in which the caterpillar only eats from its host plant till it has had enough and is ready to transform into a chrysalis, and after 8 to 10 days the butterfly will emerge, dry their wings and fly to feed from flowers. The solution has to ensure the wellbeing of both species, and has to reduce the direct contact with the caterpillar, chrysalis and butterfly to the minimum to control and avoid accidents. On the other hand, this process is natural so there is no way to control the times of the transformation or birth.

Propósito : El propósito del presente proyecto de grado es resaltar la importancia de las áreas protegidas a través del fortalecimiento del aprendizaje por medio de experiencias interactivas inmersivas. Metodología : La investigación Experimental ya que podemos modificar las variables y ver cómo estas afectan el comportamiento de las personas, en nuestro caso experimentar con la intervención del recorrido y observar si para las personas es mucho más interesante. Resultados: El resultado obtenido fue una experiencia completa a desarrollarse en diferentes etapas de evaluación (implementación del proyecto a escala real). Se obtuvo una experiencia totalmente didáctica, en armonía con el entorno natural y articulada con una historia animada, complementada con tecnología (apps, proyecciones, pantallas, sensores, entre otros) con mecanismos análogos en materiales sostenibles, también, elementos gráficos como mapas, insignias, y elementos de personificación DIY que vinculan al visitante de manera emocional con el fin de brindar una vivencia significativa y memorable que genere un aprendizaje significativo en temas históricos y ecológicos en relación a la Reserva Natural Nirvana.

Likewise, to guarantee a flow of information between the three involved. Design/methodology/approach - The method of experience sampling (ESM) and personal information technology (PI) was used for the immediate collection of experiences and generating changes in users. This extends the scope of a project that covered the whole patient, to focus on the physiotherapist and address a part of the orthopaedist.
Propuesta de un modelo de gestión del servicio para los laboratorios de una industria farmacéutica

En la actualidad los laboratorios, analíticos y de microbiología en donde se llevará a cabo el trabajo de grado, son considerados como un proceso de apoyo en la organización, ya que son encargados de satisfacer las necesidades de las plantas productivas. Su principal función es la de verificar las características de calidad de los insumos y los productos con el fin de tener un soporte analítico y o microbiológico para tomar la decisión de empleo. Para garantizar resultados confiables, los laboratorios han venido fortaleciendo su gestión, a través de la estructuración e implementación de un sistema de gestión de calidad basado en la NTC 17025 y BPL.

El siguiente documento plantea la necesidad de la universidad Icesi de dar un paso al frente mediante la creación de una plantilla que permita a los estudiantes que estén cursando proyecto de grado a realizar un trabajo, con un enfoque de emprendimiento empresarial. Por lo anterior este documento presenta como resultado principal la plantilla en cuestión, la cual para su realización tuvo en cuenta los criterios de universidades nacionales e internacionales, que ya tuviesen la metodología en funcionamiento.

Propósito - La siguiente investigación, pretende la creación de un sistema físico que contribuya a la centralización de los procesos de siembra con permacultura en la Comunidad Adventista de la Fundación “Vida superior” en Tunia – Cauca. Esta centralización de procesos, tiene como propósito darle un sentido material, a la labor del trabajo sostenible de cultivos como: las hortalizas, plantas frutales y hierbas medicinales, que viene haciendo la comunidad adventista por medio de métodos sostenibles como la permacultura a través de procesos de Semilla, Siembra y Labranza.
