Diseño de una plataforma tecnológica que permite a las organizaciones alcanzar mayores niveles de madurez de experiencia de usuario

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to carry out a user experience transformation process in organizations and their work teams. Currently, organizations seek to implement user experience but need to be guided in this path. We saw the opportunity to create a platform that allows guiding organizations in the implementation of user experience that allows them to reach a transformation process within this. Design/methodology/approach - The methodology used for this project was the double diamond. The process lasted one year in which we developed its four phases such as: discover, define, develop and deliver, in order to reach the result of the proposal presented in this document. We used some tools in the first two phases where we mapped and got to know the problem in depth, this allowed us to have a precise definition of the solution and then proceed to materialize it. In the second phase, we used the support of a representative of the organization and some employees for them to make usability tests, which helped us to iterate in order to have a minimum viable product as a result.
