This paper aims to assess the quantitative relationship among the variables of the psychological capital: individual flexibility, performance or individual performance and organizational learning capacity. With this analysis begins a study about the influence that the individual flexibility variable can exercise on the individual performance and organizational learning and what happens to it when there is or not mediation between organizational learning and individual performance. For this purpose, a sample of 174 surveys conducted in the second half of 2012 to the professors of the ICESI University was used. The statistical methodology of estimation was the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the software used was AMOS 19.
