Evaluación de una nueva propuesta para el sistema de manejo de materiales en dos eslabones de una cadena de abastecimiento

El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como finalidad el planteamiento y evaluación de una propuesta de mejora para las fallas logísticas evidenciadas en dos compañías del mismo grupo empresarial. El sistema en consideración está compuesto por dos empresas (empresa 1 y empresa 2). La empresa 1 es fabricante de botellas plásticas, que son enviadas como materia prima a la empresa 2, que se encarga de llenar, tapar y empacar las botellas con alcohol, que corresponde al producto terminado. De esta forma, se considera que la empresa 1 es la empresa proveedora de materia prima de la empresa 2 quien es cliente de la 1.

The presented project has as finality the approach and evaluation of one propose of improvement of the logistical fails warranted in two companies of the same business group. The consideration system is composed by two companies (Company 1 and company 2). The company 1 is the fabricant of plastic bottles that are sent as raw material to the company 2, that is in charge of full, close and pack the alcohol bottles that corresponds as the finished product. In that way we, is considered that the company 1 is the provider of raw material for the company 2. Here it was analyzed the material handling system of the two links of the involved catering chain, were Tompkins is taken as reference, based in this author it was analyzed the ten values of the material handling, with them we can identify the failures presented in the whole system. This logistical fails were classified to identify the most important to attack to the realization of this propose.
