Resumen
The economic panorama has been in constant change. A change explained mainly by the serious impacts of COVID-19 directly and largely affecting the labor market. In addition, presenting a behavior in particular, which arises from an explosion of re-training because many of the people who are left without working, begin to make the decision to change their careers for more sustainable ones and adaptable to the needs of the moment, thus aligning itself with the rise of the technology industry, causing a labor market full of new professional profiles. This is why this research and entrepreneurship project aims to create an interactive system that allows college students to have spaces for participation in the business environment during their training period so that when they finish their studies they can differentiate themselves and increase odds of being hired in such a competitive work environment. On the other hand, to facilitate the processes of hiring the best talent for organizations among so many candidates.
