Propuesta para facilitar la conexión y garantías entre los actores clave en el proceso de adecuaciones de vivienda en Cali

El propósito de este trabajo surge de la experiencia personal vivida durante la adaptación de viviendas en la ciudad de Cali. En diferentes momentos, ocurrieron diversos eventos que también escucho en la actualidad de nuevos propietarios de viviendas de Cali y del municipio de Jamindi, en el Valle del Cauca. Estos eventos me llevan a reflexionar y a plantearme las siguientes preguntas: "¿Qué tan comunes son estas experiencias hoy en día?". Desde la perspectiva del personal que presta el servicio: "¿Cuánto ha avanzado el sector de la construcción?". Durante la investigación, surgieron otras variables que ampliaron el alcance del proyecto. Estas variables debían considerarse para lograr una solución integral que pudiera resolver las dificultades y necesidades de ambas partes: los propietarios y los proveedores de servicios.

The purpose of carrying out this work comes from the personal experience lived during the adaptation of houses in the city of Cali. In different moments of time, different events occurred that I also hear at the present from new homeowners from Cali and the municipality of Jamindi in the Valle del Cauca. These events lead me to think and ask the following questions: ¨How common are these experiences today? ¨ From the perspective of the human resources that provide the service: ¨How much has the construction sector advanced? ¨ During the investigation other variables came up and expanded the scope of the project.
