Propósito de vida, gestión estratégica personal y conexión con la pasión por el trabajo

Tener un propósito de vida en el mundo laboral mejora la productividad y el bienestar de los trabajadores, pero muchos aún desconocen cómo alinear estos dos conceptos. Para trabajar con propósito, muchas personas intentan aplicar un sinfín de metodologías disponibles en el mercado. Sin embargo, casi el 90% de las personas fracasan en este intento. El objetivo de este trabajo de grado es establecer un marco metodológico que permita adaptar las herramientas de gestión para identificar el propósito de vida en los profesionales millennials. La metodología aplicada en este proyecto se basó en fuentes secundarias de diferentes estudios e investigaciones realizadas, donde se aborda el impacto de tener o no un propósito de vida y las consecuencias que esto conlleva, tanto a nivel personal como laboral. En este contexto, tener un propósito de vida y gestionarlo estratégicamente contribuye a mejorar la satisfacción laboral y la productividad.

Having a life purpose in the world of work is improving the productivity and well-being of workers, but many still do not know how to align these two concepts. In order to work with purpose, many people try to apply endless methodologies in the market. However, the number of people who fail in this attempt can reach almost 90%. The objective of this degree work is to establish a methodological framework that allows adapting management tools to identify the purpose of life in millennial professionals. The methodology applied in this project was based on secondary sources of the different studies and investigations carried out where the impact of having or not having a life purpose and the consequences that originate in the individual both personally and in the work, environment are addressed. In this context, having a life purpose and managing it strategically contributes to improving job satisfaction and productivity.
