Desarrollo de un programa de formación para brigadista hospitalario

Este artículo aborda la brecha de conocimiento que existe en la capacitación actual de las brigadas de emergencia que trabajan en entornos hospitalarios. La falta de conocimiento sobre los riesgos inherentes a las instituciones de salud hace que los brigadistas se cuestionen si están realmente preparados y si los conocimientos adquiridos durante la capacitación son suficientes para abordar una situación en un entorno laboral donde se trabaja con personas con movilidad reducida o nula.

This article addresses the knowledge gap that exists in current training for emergency brigades who work in hospital environments. The lack of knowledge of the risks inherent to health institutions makes the brigade members question if they are really prepared and if the knowledge they have receive during training is sufficient to attend to a situation in a work environment where you work with human beings who have mobility null or reduced.
