Ítem Que el tiempo no se te pase esperando : optimización de la interacción entre la comunidad Icesi y las cafeterías del campus(Universidad Icesi, 2023-06-14) Herrera, Julian Enciso; Ulloa Mosquera, Valeria; Camacho, Francisco; Giraldo, José David; Asesor Tesis; Asesor TesisEl objetivo de este proyecto es desarrollar una solución que optimice la interacción entre las cafeterías y la comunidad de la Universidad Icesi, mejorando la experiencia de ambas partes, y reduciendo las dificultades en el proceso de compraventa. Este proyecto se dividió en dos partes. En la primera parte, se llevó a cabo una minuciosa investigación para entender variables que inciden en el funcionamiento de las cafeterías en los campus universitarios. Se utilizaron metodologías de investigación para realizar un riguroso trabajo de campo y obtener valiosa información que permitió comprender en profundidad el problema. Para la segunda parte del proyecto, se diseñó una posible solución para abordar el problema identificado en la primera parte. Se realizaron pruebas de usuario para evaluar la factibilidad del proyecto y se hicieron correcciones al flujo de interacción para mejorar la experiencia del usuario. Finalmente, se desarrolló un prototipo funcional que cumple con las necesidades y objetivos del proyecto.Ítem Etnografía colombiana : una visión a través de los años. It is a way to get out of the scientific bubble to strengthen the understanding of all people without the need for them to be experts on the proposed topic. In Colombia, endless anthropological documents have been created that hope to be useful to all people who wish to study them; however, due to the volume and dispersion of documents both on the Internet and in physical libraries, it is difficult to access them. Metodología : La investigación Experimental ya que podemos modificar las variables y ver cómo estas afectan el comportamiento de las personas, en nuestro caso experimentar con la intervención del recorrido y observar si para las personas es mucho más interesante. Resultados: El resultado obtenido fue una experiencia completa a desarrollarse en diferentes etapas de evaluación implementación del proyecto a escala real. The main objective is to reduce the feelings of fear and anxiety experienced during children's vaccination and by doing so reducing the chances of developing current or future complications such as: bad vaccination procedures, needle phobia, aversion feelings to needle-based procedures, and the reduction of properly immunized population. Design/methodology/approach - This project is of a qualitative, descriptive and interpretive nature. The data collected and the conclusions reached through the various method tools used, are both descriptive, and they seek to provide an in depth understanding of the subjective variables present around the experiences of children's vaccination. The applied methodology for the development of this project was based on the Double Diamond design process proposed by the Design Council. In which the design process is broken into fours pages: Discover, Define, Develop and Deliver. Currently, organizations seek to implement user experience but need to be guided in this path. We saw the opportunity to create a platform that allows guiding organizations in the implementation of user experience that allows them to reach a transformation process within this. Design/methodology/approach - The methodology used for this project was the double diamond. The process lasted one year in which we developed its four phases such as: discover, define, develop and deliver, in order to reach the result of the proposal presented in this document. We used some tools in the first two phases where we mapped and got to know the problem in depth, this allowed us to have a precise definition of the solution and then proceed to materialize it. Also, a grand purpose for this project was to give employee funds associates the visible, palpable voice and empowerment they were asking for, based in community, solidarity and participation, so they can truly see and ask for the correct exploitation of the money they provide the fund. Design/methodology/approach - The methodology for this project focused on user centered design, divided in 4 main components, based on the double diamond design methodology: Contextualization, Observation, Ideation and Development. These 4 components were all worked along and co-created with the users, so every insight and discovery was provided by them comments, questions, actions and activities.
