    This paper initially examines and considers how an institution is financially affected by the Colombian health system, for the unknown with the administrative functions of health professionals, and then present the proposal for training in administrative skills to professional positively impact health seeking the company's finances. Health professionals, graduates leave the study centers with good knowledge and good clinical preparation (care) to work in the institutions of the health system, but with one big flaw in administrative and regulatory knowledge of the system. These administrative skills required in their daily practice, which necessarily have to take over their working lives. Administrative functions complement their scientific performance, are required by the regulations of the health system, but they are ingrained in their training in the universities that train. Therefore our proposal is to create a suitable program in the training of managerial skills in health professionals so that already with the appropriate knowledge and training (skills), have the necessary tools to properly perform their administrative duties within institutions where they work, seeking to generate a positive financial impact on health institutions. In this way, is offering a program of continuing education that does not exist in Cali or in the Cauca Valley, are pioneering this approach to health sector

    EL PAÍS S.A: enfrentándose al cambio con estrategia

    El caso de estudio El País S.A: Enfrentándose al cambio con estrategia, presenta el principal periódico regional del suroccidente colombiano con más de 60 años de trayectoria y la decisión a la que se enfrenta el grupo Gerencial, relacionada con establecer la estrategia a seguir para adaptar el negocio a los nuevos hábitos de información del mercado derivados de los cambios tecnológicos de los últimos años. El caso permite dar un vistazo a la evolución que ha tenido la estrategia de El País S.A, como han reaccionado de manera efectiva a los cambios en las tendencias de sus clientes desarrollando nuevos productos y nuevas formas de comunicarse no sólo con los lectores sino con los anunciantes, que son su principal fuente de ingresos. Permite al lector conocer como un medio tradicional local estableció una estrategia nacional para mantenerse vigente ante los cambios y la llegada de competencia fuerte y al final conduce al lector al dilema actual de la empresa: hacia donde seguir para continuar siendo vigentes a pesar de que las personas cada vez más tienen acceso a la información por múltiples medios diferentes al impreso tradicional.

    Propuesta de integración de dos hospitales para hacer más productivas las empresas sociales del estado, ESE en Palmira

    This work tries to demonstrate the current failings that are had in the service of health in Palmira and in the financial results as the public hospitals and to evaluate the possible solutions from the operative and financial point of view to generate a more efficient public financial and operative institution. Using the financial information and of production of the hospitals, one thought that both hospitals have an inadequate opportunity in the service, they do not realize the administrative processes adequately, have operational losses and have not managed to construct a competitive advantage that leads them to being supported in a mediate future, high administrative loads that make them inefficient and using the methodology of internal analysis, analysis with base in five forces of Porter and the method of hardiness, I achieve to demonstrate that of the possible strategies that the municipal administration uses to improve the productivity of the institutions, the most viable it is the merger, since this one was generating economies on a large scale, to optimize the plant of charges to the royal needs of the organization, the model of provision of services reorders, to shape integrated networks of services that will make the service more efficient from the financial point of view and to improve the process of attention in health.

    The dynamics of the dental industry in Colombia are influenced by a number of legal, political, economic and social changes that have jeopardized the profitability of the sector; however, the emergence of thought and implementation of marketing tools has changed the vision of services and has led to an intense competition in the industry. University Dental, with 10 years of experience in the industry has begun to suffer the consequences of these factors by a sales decrease of 8% in 2011. It is necessary to take corrective action and strategic decisions that would put the business back assuring its profitability in the long run.

    Apio are looking to enter new markets that are profitable for the company leveraging its technological infrastructure to ensure higher sales levels, noting a growing demand in the business of international long distance calls through electronic recharges. Therefore we conducted a marketing plan this time studying and analyzing its implementation going forward. The variables that were considered in the study were the market, customers, competitors, how they can reach customers through business partners Apio, and also the financial side, watching the feasibility of this opportunity and determining the viability of the project. The research analysis shows unmet user needs in terms of lower prices, quality of calls, and access to the charging of minutes. Therefore we see it as an opportunity to make inroads in this market Apio with an aggregate value that is widely perceived by the consumer as competitive rates, on the terms offered, taking into account that there is a service provider that generates high satisfaction within the current user. The telecommunications sector is a dynamic market that requires constant innovation, in order to provide end users with a better value proposition that meets your expectations.

    El trabajo de grado "Fortalecer la marca Tecnoquímicas como marca empleadora en estudiantes de pregrado", tiene como objetivo el desarrollo de un plan de mercadeo para que esta compañía logre robustecerse en la mente de aquellos estudiantes que están en el momento de buscar su práctica empresarial a través de la universidad. Actualmente Tecnoquímicas tiene un programa para que estos estudiantes desarrollen su práctica empresarial y el objetivo es escoger a los mejores de las universidades y carreras de interés, buscando vincularlos laboralmente y que sean el semillero de cargos estratégicos a futuro para esta compañía; sin embargo, se evidencia una debilidad en conocimiento real que tiene el público objetivo sobre ese programa, sus ventajas y bondades a nivel del desarrollo profesional que les ofrece a los interesados. En el desarrollo de este plan se lleva a cabo un trabajo de investigación minucioso que permite esclarecer las expectativas reales de los estudiantes frente al momento de vida que experimentan cuando deben decidir qué empresa escoger para su práctica empresarial. Esta investigación lleva a concluir dos focos de acción para lograr el objetivo inicial, dadas las perspectivas tan disímiles frente a la ciudad de Cali desde la mirada de un estudiante radicado fuera de ella frente a uno radicado en ella. Este trabajo se enfoca en los estudiantes radicados en Cali, concentrando esfuerzos en la variable comunicación como estandarte del plan que permite el acercamiento esperado con el público objetivo y la respuesta de estos para elegir a Tecnoquímicas como la compañía de su práctica empresarial.

    This document contains the design of a marketing plan for the re-launching of a Sport Utility Vehicle in the Colombian market. This Sport Utility Vehicle, in the last years has shown a loss of competitiveness in the market segment where they compete which necessitates the reformulation of marketing segmentation, target and positioning strategy. Through the analysis carried out under the methodology of the 5 c's of marketing it is concluded the need to reposition the Sport Utility Vehicle in the Colombian market by redesigning the Marketing Mix to obtain a greater volume of sales and profitability.

    Job satisfaction is a key factor to achieve the commitment of workers, where commitment of workers constitutes a strategic key of personal capacity that affects time management, offering a framework for achieving organizational competitiveness and the improvement of business results. Based on the above is that this research study identifies the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Time Management in the company PIMAX LTDA. From the results it is going to be proposed different recommendations to help the improvement of this relationship and the sustainability of the company.
